Welcome to Winter Recreational Basketball! This league is a recreational basketball league for students in kindergarten through 6th grade. This program is designed for those interested in enjoying the game rather than pursuing competitive advancement; players seeking higher-level training should explore external programs.
Ridgefield Youth Basketball through RSD Community Education is a recreational program that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, and FUN! This league relies on Volunteer Coaches & volunteer officials. This league is for Ridgefield residents looking to learn the game of basketball with friends. Teams will practice 1 - 2 times per week depending on grade.

REFUND POLICY
District Refund Procedure (3520P) HERE
- Notification of your intent to withdraw from class must be received at least 5 working days prior to the first class.
- A $15 administrative/cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- Cancellation Requests day of or after the program has started will not be accepted regardless of reason (change of plans, sickness, etc).
- Refunds will first be applied to any outstanding Fines, Fees, or Food Service balances
We are unable to process credits. Refund Requests Only - refunds typically take 2 - 3 weeks to receive a check in mail.
Refund Schedule
- 7+ Days Before Deadline | Refund minus $15 Processing Fee
- 1 - 6 Days Before Deadline | Refund minus $25 Processing Fee
- November 14 - November 18 | Refund minus $40 Processing Fee
- November 20 - End of Season | No Refunds Issued
